Biography
Natalie is an artist and art educator from Tallahassee, FL. She received her B.A. in Studio Art and Art History from Florida State University. She received an M.A. in Art Education from the University of Florida and was a recipient of the Allison Wyatt Foundation scholarship for art education.
During her undergraduate degree Natalie studied art in Florence, Italy for a semester. Since then, she has traveled the world and has been to five different continents. Her travels have influenced her art and teaching by incorporating diverse cultures.
Natalie has been an arts educator for nine years, teaching visual arts, dance, and arts integration. She is currently the art teacher at Timberlin Creek Elementary .
Natalie was the recipient of the Utrecht Award for the Tallahassee Artist League Summer Annual in 2012. Her work has also exhibited in the Pinnacle national juried exhibition at Foster Tanner art gallery, FSU Museum of Fine Arts, Lemoyne Art Gallery, Quincie Hamby Jewelry Gallery, Tallahassee City Hall Gallery, and Cypress restaurant.
